On June 7, we joined Yeditepe University Food Engineering students Senanur Büyükkal and Asena Şahika Ule as the industry partner of their graduation project.
The students developed a refined-sugar-free vegan gel snack enriched with plant-based protein, with Farmhood contributing our industry perspective throughout the process.
